This feature is due to be completely redesigned. It has some serious internal performance issues that can cause it to block up the engine. For the time being, I'd recommend avoiding it. For this feature to work, it needs to build a running forecast of all tests in the queue, which is computationally very expensive. The only reason it still exists is because some people still find it useful and would be very unhappy if I removed it.
