1. Cannot find module '@angular/core'.

   If anyone else is having this problem, I tried Remco's first suggestion and used the "Additional files to include" configuration. I added my node_modules folder (or where ever your NPM is downloading your node packages) here and that solved this problem for me.

2. NCrunch for JavaScript?

   Is there any new news on this front? Will there be js support in NCrunch one day? Has anyone found a way to wire it up (like Morrog eludes too)?

3. VS11 ShimNotSupportedException when using Shimming from Microsoft Fakes
