1. NCrunch 1.41.0.50 for VS2012 RTM zip install failed

   Upon launch of vs2012, got an error that it couldn't load the ncrunch 2010 DLL. I used the MSI and that ended up working fine. Not sure if there's a missing step in the zip install instructions that the MSI does.
