Changing the global configuration made it work. What do I loose with that configuration being false?

When I sent the log I let it run 30 seconds. However I had just restarted Visual Studio after a 2 hour wait period. I have been unable to get NCrunch to start. I will try the global configuration change tonight.

Problem Intilizing
Just installed NCrunch 1.48 with Visual Studio 2012 on Windows 8.1 with Resharper 7.1 I try to enable NCruch in my current project and it never finishes initializing. There is no error or exception. Just a continual spinner that is not doing anything. Please help. Thank you.
