The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized

Oh yes, that makes sense. Some tests use auto generated data. Is it possible to disable this behavior?
You can ignore the tests using the Ignored Tests option. However, it isn'…

Problem running tests in x64
I need to run some tests in x64. Having this issue: https://github.com/dotnet/machinelearning-samples/issues/733#issuecomment-548627434 Not able to change to .net core 3.1 because of other dependents with .net framework. I found three different configuration options to change build platfor…

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized

it's fine that it expands to show new tests, but it also expands projects where there are no new tests. Which is quite tedious to close every time we edit an InlineAttribute. Which is quite often during parameterized integration testing..
Are you ma…

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized

However this one is so annoying. I've noticed an additional thing. If I change the test code everything is fine. But if I change some param in an InlineData attribute that's when it happens. Have to scroll and close a lot of things down usually. Thanks![/quot…

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized
The same projects are uncollapsed every time
Hi, could we get back to this? I believe I got the other issues sorted. However this one is so annoying. I've noticed an additional thing. If I change the test code everything is fine. But if I change some param in an Inline…

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized

Would it be a problem that the .net 4.8 assembly references assemblies with other .net framework versions?
Unless you have the preload assembly re…

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized
I believe this is somehow related to the magnitude of the solution(60 projects). It doesn't happen in the small console sample. Tests run fine in other assemblies. Would it be a problem that the .net 4.8 assembly references assemblies with other .net framework versions?

.net 4.8 builds fine with dotnet build. No errors as I can see from launching the testhost executables.

The FrameworkReference 'Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App.WPF' was not recognized
Hey, just gonna hijack this thread for a lil bit. I always regret upgrading something, guess 4.8 is still fairly new.. Tried 4.4.0.8 still getting the An error occurred while analysing this project after it was built: NCrunch encountered an unexpected error occurred while building an enviro…

.net 4.7.1 support
This is a common feature request. The reason it hasn't happened yet is the lack of toolbar space, but we're working on that. I'm fairly certain this is already captured on uservoice if you'd like to add your vote to it.
I j…

.net 4.7.1 support
I feel so stupid not having figured this out. I was messing around with the binding redirects, I just wasn't doing it in the right project(test project). As an alternative workaround just simply removing the binding redirect from app.config works! Thank you so much, Remco! :) Also if you do…

.net 4.7.1 support
It seems the big file version upload timed out. I actually got a 404 when uploading the smaller sample, 13-14MB. (- BROKEN LINK -) Tell me if the upload went through or not. If not I can upload it to OneDrive and send you a link.

.net 4.7.1 support
I got to many other seemingly unrelated issues on that branch on my laptop(yes, it's a different computer). Boy are IDE's fragile.. It would surprise me if it was environment specific at this point as I did a fresh install of windows, vs and ncrunch. Just started uploading a repro solution. I…

.net 4.7.1 support
So I tried the reinstall. Reinstalled the OS, Visual Studio and NCrunch. Still no luck. Just FYI I use AutoFixture and AutoNSubstitute for some unit tests. But I also use them in the projects that are building and running just fine. Another weird thing is that the three test projects with …

.net 4.7.1 support
I don't know if I was clear about it but what's weird is that everything ran just fine. I then updated my VS over night and the next morning none of the test projects were building/running.. So I'm pretty suspect about this being something related to your second suggestion.

.net 4.7.1 support
I'm not. Community 15.5.2. I'll try to get it running on my laptop. If that doesn't work I guess I'll have to do a clean start... I'll get back to you!
