  2. Code coverage for test classes

    I agree that the test coverage window/settings should exclude lines of test code by default, or at least treat them separately. It is misleading (not nefariously) to include them in the overall numbers. I have done this manually, but that is a sour experience.

  3. Delayed start once the .sln file is opened

    Even with restoring state, it would be great to support delayed start for NCrunch, which should be easy to add as a config setting. Please include this feature.
