1. Add right-click menu to nCrunch button indicator

   It would be very handy to be able to control the running state of the nCrunch engine from a right-click menu on the 'N' button in the Visual Studio footer. Perhaps a simple menu could include: Enable/Disable nCrunch engine nCrunch engine run mode - Automatic, Pinned only, Effected only
