I am using a current version of VS2017 on a Win Pro 64-bit box. I have a project that has several tests, which are discovered by MSTest and run properly. However, when I installed the latest, licensed version of NCrunch, it is not discovering any tests, despite rebuilding the solution, uninstalling and reinstalling NCrunch, etc... Please help... TDD with MSTest is really tedious.
I have the latest version of NCrunch and TypeMock on my system.
Do you experience this issue if you create a default MSTest project using one of the VS project templates? (i.e. a dummy test project with a single test).
Do you know which version of NCrunch you have upgraded from?
Thank you for your quick response. I created a MSTest project, added xunit and typemock. It built and ran properly. Next, I enabled NCrunch, and it worked properly. So, the issue must be that the other project does not have the same test related file versions as this one. I will examine the references and report back to you, if things don't work. I miss my crunch! :P
Thanks for confirming. I have a feeling this may be a configuration issue. Something you can try is deleting all the NCrunch related files in the solution (both the solution-level and project-level files) while the IDE is closed. This will effectively reset your configuration. If there's a problematic setting in place, such a reset will clear it.
