Hi there, just installed 3.22.01 and it doesn't appear in visual studio 2017. Running VS 15.8.7.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Any advice ?

Can you confirm if you've installed the product manually or via MSI?
If you haven't already, definitely try the steps listed here. Make sure you follow every step, as missing one can result in a ghosted install.
