"Goto next failing test" not working for cached failure after vstudio restart?

[v3.24.0.5]/vstudio2017

I noticed that after I restarted my vstudio (having impacted engine on), the shortcut "Goto next failing test" (Ctrl+R,Ctrl+7) did not work even though I had a bunch of failing tests.
I re-ran a failing test explicitly and the shortcut worked, for that particular test.

I.e. I was expecting the command to work with failing tests in a "cached" state as well for a new vstudio session. Bug?

The problem does appear to be consistently reproducible in the way you've described. I'm not sure yet why this is happening, but we'll look into it :)
