Buttons not visible in Custom Engine Modes dialog when DPI setting is 150% (144 PPI)

Hi,

The "Add Engine Mode" & "Remove Engine Mode" buttons are not visible when DPI setting is 150%.

Windows 8 (DPI: 100%, 96 PPI), buttons are visible:

Windows 7 (DPI: 150%, 144 PPI), buttons are invisible:
