Exception using Grid Nodes (after Update to 3.29.0.7)

After the Update from 3.28.0.6 to 3.29.0.7 the grid nodes throws an exception after connecting or starting to test:

System.Exception: Task setting 'InstrumentationMode' has not been registered
at nCrunch.Common.Settings.TaskSettings.Get[TValueType](ComponentTaskSetting`1 setting)
at nCrunch.Core.BuildManagement.BuildEnvironment.Build(SnapshotComponent snapshotComponentToBuild, IList`1 referencedComponents, GridClientId gridClientId, IList`1 customEnvironmentVariables, IPlatformBuildExtender extender, Guid taskId, GridAddress clientAddress)
at nCrunch.Core.Processing.BuildTaskLogic.DoProcessTaskAndReturnSuccessFlag()
at nCrunch.GridNode.NodeTaskProcessor..()
at nCrunch.Common.ErrorHandler.DoWithErrorHandling(Action action, Object context)

Any ideas how to fix this? Is it a known problem?

I (another user) encountered this too. Are you sure you've updated your VS Plugin to 3.29 too? That's what caused it for me

Hm... seems to be a missing reboot...

After I run a msi repair on the VS2019 (I had VS 2017 also) and a reboot it is gone. ;)

This error keeps coming back for us. 3.30.0.1 is the version on the client and the grid node

This message describes a situation where the grid node and the grid client aren't running exactly the same version of NCrunch... At the moment I can't think of any other way this error could appear.

Could you confirm 100% whether there are any machines on your grid that might be running an older version or have files installed that may be from the older version?

Ah there may be _other_ clients on the network running an older version. I hadn't realised that I'd see exceptions from them too
