Can we have a global setting (or at least a solution level setting) for the behavior of inconclusive tests? Please?

Are you having problems with the project level option? Note that you can easily select all projects in the solution and simply apply the configuration setting in one click.
It looks like there have been a couple more requests for this to be configurable above the project level.
The issue is that adding new test projects to a solution means that I now have to also go change NCrunch settings as well.
