Large solution - Visual Studio 2019

I am unable to view NCrunch Configuration Settings, in a large solution in Visual Studio 2019.
However, the same solution in Visual Studio 2022, the Configuration menu works just fine.
If I do a git clean, I am able to view the Configuration menu temporarily in VS 2019, but disappears after a while.

You can submit a bug via NCrunch menu. Either by using the visual studio menu bar (top level or under the Extensions menu) or by right clicking the NCrunch icon in the lower right corner. There's a submit bug report option there.
