Hi,
Trivial request (in terms of benefit rather than time to implement) but is it possible to have an option to disable the animation on the Spinner status icon at the bottom right? Happy for it to change and keep the white/coloured dots per parallel task in progress.
Reason I ask is that I frequently RDP into my main desktop while travelling, and the spinning circle causes 1.3kb/sec of network traffic. Doesn't sound like a lot but when you're battling with shared WiFi at 100mph every little helps!

Hi, thanks for posting.
NCrunch has a range of global settings that can control the colour of the orbiting dots on the corner spinner.
Perhaps you can try setting the orbiting dots so that they are the same colour as the spinner in its most common state? I guess it won't be possible to cover each of the background colours .. but you might at least be able to reduce the traffic a little bit.
Otherwise, you're welcome to drop a feature request for this in uservoice. To avoid creating a new config setting for every user, we'd need a few people to ask for this before we implement it.
