Hi!
I am trying to install the current latest version from https://downloads.ncrunch.net/NCrunch_VS2022_4.19.0.14.msi but it is blocked from our network.
The certificate verification failed due to a common name mismatch.
Host: downloads.ncrunch.net

My apologies. Something went wrong with the link the last time we deployed the system. I've rolled out a fix. Would you mind trying it again?
I have tried the updated link and now it is working for me. Thank you!
Since you have changed the download URL to https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.ncrunch.net/... Edge marks the download as "not safe" and one has to go through a bunch of click hoops to run the exe. I suggest putting a custom domain on your s3 bucket.

Could you check if Edge gives any detail as to the reason for the security flags? I don't seem to be seeing this behaviour on my side, and I wonder if it may be smartscreen's reputation system doing its thing again. Often when we post a download link, it takes a few days before the reputation increases and smartscreen accepts it (regardless of signing apparently).
We've been using the same automatic download S3 links for about a decade or so now. The only recent change was to the static links on the download landing page (the ones you need to click on if the download doesn't start automatically)
This is the message I get.
Probably a reputation thing....
--------
Make sure you trust NCrunch_VS2022_5.6.0.1 (1).msi before you open it
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen couldn't verify if this file is safe because it isn't commonly downloaded. Make sure you trust the file you're downloading or its source before you open it.

Thanks for confirming the problem. I hate getting flagged up like this, as we're utterly helpless to do anything about it.
It's interesting that it happens on your end and not mine (even though I have smartscreen on, and it frequently flags things). It makes me wonder if the system has a sense of humor. I guess the simple act of you installing the software will help with the reputation .. so thank you :)
