Ncrunch license is not working

I am trying to assign ncrunch licenses(older than 12 month) to visual studio 2022. my ncrunch extension version is 4.15.0.4 Released 09 November 2022
i am getting error :No unallocated licenses are available on server that can be user with this produt version.
my visual studio version is 2022 17.7 release


do you know what is the issue, according to documentation ,ncrunch should work with this visual studio version.
i have free licenses available in server.
how to debug this issue?

Does it work correctly if you enter the license directly into the software and avoid using the license server?
