Showing red x for exceptions in non English Windows

Thanks for coming back to me on this one. In summary, the current version of NCrunch has issues with parsing English exceptions on machines that are not using an English language. The build below contains a fix that will first try to parse exceptions using the current language, then fall back to English. I'm hoping this will fix the issue for you.
