No supported projects detected after NCrunch update

After an update to NCrunch_VS2022_5.11.0.1 and using the JetBrains Rider plugin for version 2024.3, NCrunch only displays

No supported projects detected

Even the previously solutions I opened in either Visual Studio 2022 17.12.1 show this error when trying to run tests. (Test Explorer find the tests and is able to run them).

Same happens in Rider: No supported projects detected

It worked before, even removing and reinstalling NCrunch for VS2022 and the Roder plugin and reinstalling does not lead to any solution.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for sharing this issue. Can you check whether changing your Build SDK setting has any effect on this problem?

If the above doesn't solve it, would you mind submitting a bug report after you've open the solution and its reported no projects?

I tried SDK 9.0.100, 8.0.404 and VS2022 in Visual Studio 2022. Still 'No supported projects detected'.

Under the 'NCrunch' menu when you have your IDE open, there should be an option for 'Submit bug report'. Make sure to send the report after you've hit the point of failure, as this way the log should include the most useful information.

I submitted the report with a small test-project/solution in Visual Studio 2022. Thank you for your assistence.

It looks like the engine is discarding projects its loading, without any error present.

Could we try resetting your configuration? While the IDE is closed, please delete the contents of C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\NCrunch

Once you've done this, could you try running NCrunch on a fresh new solution with a single test project?

Hi, this solved the problem. Also in existing solutions the test are run again. Both in Visual Studio as in Rider.
