Two bars of test coverage after moving file

This issue has been present for a while, so I thought I'd take the time to report it.

When you move a file (that is open in the editor) in Visual Studio, I did so by dragging a file to another folder, a second column of test coverage icons appears. Closing and re-opening the file fixes the issue.

This happens in both VS2022 and VS2026 in the latest version of NCrunch and older versions.
