visual studio hangs when resizing, dump suggests ncrunch problem

The dump points to NCrunch’s Tests Window resize/layout code on Visual Studio’s main UI thread. The process is still unresponsive and consuming CPU. That gives us a specific suspect this time: NCrunch 5.23.0.1, rather than the graphics setting.
