NSpec support

Wonderful tool. It seems to just work the way I would expect.

I've been using NCrunch 1.32.0.0.b this evening, and I must say I, really like it.

One thing I'd like to promote is support for NSpec. I've started using NSpec this evening, and think it's really, really cool. If NCrunch would support NSpec, then that would be ace! :) I would vote on the poll you had, for which framework to support next, but that poll as closed.

Thanks for the vote :) Support for additional test frameworks is the main focus for the moment (specifically in 1.33b). There aren't any plans at the moment to roll NSpec support into 1.33b, but you're not the first person to ask for it ... and it is definitely on the list.

Would love to see this framework supported. After testing various BDD frameworks, I've enjoyed NSpec the most and have found it aligns itself closely with developers writing the specifications, rather than business heads / POs who just want confidence in quality assurance.

If there's any way I can help get this development effort started, I'd gladly donate some time to working on it.

I'm currently using the NSpec, DebuggerShim.cs method of enabling NCrunch + NSpec.

Matt Florence (one of the co-authors of NSpec) has been very much carrying the flag on this one, and I think it's quite a big flag to carry. If you're interested in donating some time towards the cause, you might want to get in touch with him. At present he has a Gallio adapter that is much of the way there towards full integration with NCrunch, and I believe he's been making steady progress on it over the last year.

I see that it is a "possible" for the v2 release. I for one would absolutely love to have real support for nspec in ncrunch. I've written my own custom NUnit base class for tests for now so I can write nspec tests and execute them with nunit/ncrunch. It's really not the same as a runner that understands about nesting of methods contex[] it[] etc. Having a runner that could show that hierarchy including what passed and what did not would be awesome. A real productivity boost.

For now I have to look at the output generated by my custom class. It's not horrible but definitely not the same thing.
