1.42 Installs but no menu in VS 2010

Hi, I have been happily using 1.41 for a couple of weeks, just tried to upgrade to 1.42.

The install into VS2010 ran OK, but when I start Visual Studio, there is no NCrunch Menu or test progress icon in the bottom right.
I had a look at the visual studio activity log (/log) during startup, and no errors. If I uninstall and put 1.41 back on it all works.

Am I missing an install step somewhere?

Hi Toby -

This sounds like the 1.42 installer is failing.

Usually this problem can be solved with the following steps:

1. Ensure all instances of Visual Studio are closed (use task manager, look for devenv.exe and kill it if you have to)
2. Uninstall all versions of NCrunch for Visual Studio 2010 (using windows programs/features)
3. Using windows explorer, browse to the directory: \Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Remco Software
4. Delete this directory and everything in it
5. Reinstall 1.42

I hope this does the trick!
