Hide 'excluded' from NCrunch Metrics

I've excluded assemblies (test dll) from the metrics but they are still appearing in the list, it would be nice to toggle the view so that the 'excluded' do not show. This would make looking at coverage etc easier...

A 'hide excluded' button on the toolbar would probably make sense here. I'll see what I can do.
