Test process with timeout failure hangs after debugging

Reproduction steps:

1) Create a test that fails with a timeout.
2) Debug the test.
3) Stop the Debugger.
4) NCrunch displays
1 test was failing
1 test is being processed
The Status of the test run process in the Processing Queue remains "Processing"
5) When you want to rerun the test in the Debugger the Processing Queue will show a new process with Status "Pending" forever.
6) One has to Resynchronize in order to reenable debugging.
