"// ncrunch coverage" allow subsequent text

It would be nice to be able to have a comment after the ncrunch suppression comments to document why the code coverage is being suppressed.

// ncrunch: no coverage - suppressing coverage just for the heck of it

When I try to have comments like the above, the ncrunch suppresion mechanism does not work.

(NCrunch is fantastic by the way!)
