Display execution time besides markers when a test runs too slow

An integration / acceptance test could take many seconds to run. It would be very helpful if I know how many seconds a test / line costs when it takes too long (currently mouse over a marker displays the execution time for a line, but that is not very convenient).

Great idea! Thanks. It might be tough to find physical space for this, but I can see the benefit.
