Daily Usage Issues

Strange behaviour -- installation corrupt?

Started by ThatGuyDuncan on 5,763 views

I have already uninstalled and (re)installed NCrunch, but behaviour has not changed.

No tests get run:

No Metrics are calculated:

My menu always says, "placeholder":

Is it enabled or not?

Run the configuration wizard -- ahh, it's disabled... but I can't enable it:

Any ideas?
I uninstalled dbForge SQL Complete. After restart, NCrunch is working again!
Hi, thanks for sharing this issue!

The complicated thing with developing plugins for Visual Studio is that they are different pieces of software developed in isolation of each other, and it's possible that they may make use of different versions of the same component - causing clashing within the VS process.

I'm not sure if the plugin NCrunch was clashing with is necessary for your day to day work, but if it is, please feel free to submit a bug report and I'll take a closer look at the issue to see if there is a path to fix it :)

Cheers,

Remco
