Add a "Don't show this dialog again" checkbox to First Time NCrunch wizard

I always use the same settings (run tests automatically and concurrently) in the First Time NCrunch wizard. I'd like a "Don't show this dialog again" checkbox, when checked, NCrunch will remember my settings, and automatically apply the settings when I enabled NCrunch for a new solution the first time.

Usually this dialog will only show once for each solution you work on. Does your workflow involve many different solutions?

Most most the time I work on several old solutions that with NCrunch is already enabled.

But when I need to test features of some (new) libraries or create demo projects that can reproduce issues, I may need to create several new solutions with NCrunch enabled.

For example, in the past 2 days, I created 6~8 new solutions to test features of some libraries and also create demo projects that can reproduce issues. I had to went through the First Time NCrunch wizard each time I enable NCrunch. Just a little inconvenience.
