Make some of the NCrunch files and folders hidden

I propose to make hidded all _NCrunch_* folders (as they contain cache files).
As well as to make hidden all *.ncrunchsolution.user files too. As it does Visual Studio for *.suo files.

Thanks for sharing this idea - from a source control point of view, it makes very good sense.

Because people are now so used to seeing these files, I think I'd feel more comfortable with putting a change like this to vote before introducing it. Implementation wise, this is of course a very simple adjustment to make .. but I'd like to be sure that the majority of users would want it. I'll set up a poll on this forum where you'll be very welcome to cast your vote :)
