Specific red/green markers when a test is selected

When selecting test/s in the "NCunch Tests" window, it would be very helpful if the red and green markers near the line numbers showed some extra indication if the line is related to the selected test.

The focus right now is on moving towards greatly increasing the visibility and accessibility of the 'Advanced->Show coverage for selected test only', as it seems this is very frequently used. There is also the likelihood that future features will be attached to it.

Maybe it shouldn't be hidden under the advanced, for me it's basic behaviour, maybe implementation was advanced, but it definitely deserve more visibility.
