Include "duration since last run" or similar in custom build engine mode

I have a couple of long-running integration tests thate are hitting local http endpoints and cannot be used to determine coverage in code (thus never treated as impacted).
However, I would like an option to run these e.g. twice a day or similar, so I can spot issues without having to run these manually.

The sensible thing here seems to be to add a couple of new engine mode condition options to make this possible. I'll see what I can do.
