Just to clarify - are you running a different version of NCrunch across different versions of Visual Studio? i.e. NCrunch V1 in 2012 and V2 in 2013?

Yes, I forgot to update NCrunch for Visual Studio 2012 as well.
Now I can switch between VS2012 and VS2013 without loosing the list

Great - thanks for the fast response. V1 doesn't know anything about the server list in the config file, so it would just nuke it. In case you do need to run both versions side-by-side, it is possible to store the servers in NCrunch's solution configuration file if you add the servers as being specific to the solution (not to the entire computer). Of course, I do recommend just moving everything to V2 now. It's looking pretty stable - probably more so than V1 actually.
