Daily Usage Issues

White color for passing tests?

Started by lassevk on 4,968 views

Being slightly colorblind, I try to minimize all distracting colors from my GUI.

In an earlier version of NCrunch, I was able to configure the color to use for lines with passing tests as white, effectively hiding the indicator when everything is OK.

This seems to have been removed, as any color lighter than 224;224;224 now becomes black instead of closer to white. ie. 224;224;224 is the "whitest" I can use before the color goes black.

Can this be fixed, or is there a trick to get back the old functionality?

Hi Lasse -

V2 introduced a new colour auto-correction feature which was intended to make it easier to manage marker colours while switching colour schemes in the IDE.

Not all people seem to find this helpful, so a new configuration feature will be added to control this in the next minor release.

I have an early build prepared with this feature already, so you're welcome to give it a try if you like:
