No NCrunch Symbol on Test-Tool-Window

Thanks for sharing this issue. I'm afraid that I'm not sure how you've managed to configure VS to use symbol based tool window options rather than text? Is this using a special configuration setting? Or perhaps some kind of VS package?

That's easy. Group some tool Windows (or add the NCrunch Window to the Group with the Solution Explorer) add more Tools Windows until the Tab switches from Text to Symbol. Or make the containing group smaller that the tab caption switches from text to symbol.
