Thanks for sharing this.

v2.8 introduced some new logic that attempts to parse the solution file during project resolution. This new logic seems to be flawed in that it isn't correctly catering for solutions referencing projects over http (i.e. web projects).

I'm busy preparing a fixed build for this. The change is very small, so it should be possible to put something out quickly. I'll update you soon.
