"Run covering test on server" not displaying servers after 2.8

Just installed NCrunch_VS2012_2.8.0.36 and upgraded grid nodes, I only see "(local)" when using the RMB->"Run covering test on server" even though servers are connected and green.

(I need it in order to reset db state on grid nodes. My current workaround is "queuing tests very fast" so same test is run on available grid nodes. Related request https://ncrunch.uservoice.com/forums/245203-feature-requests/suggestions/5895105-remote-server-run-test-on-all-connected-servers )

I've managed to isolate and resolve this issue. The build below contains the fix:

This build is compatible with all other v2.8 components, such as the grid node server. So there's no need to upgrade your grid nodes with this fix.
