Exporting test results to CSV that is in use seems to crash VS 2013

Hi Remco,

I'm using NCrunch v2.9.0.8. When I try to export the tests results from the Tests window into a CSV that is currently opened by Excel 2013, Visual Studio 2013 crashs reliably.
