Rules for hiding items in Metrics window

Is there a way to configure rules for excluding items in the Metrics window?
For example, I would like to exclude all files ending in .Designer.cs from the metrics window without having to manually exclude them.

I am already using a custom engine mode however the setup for this appears to only affect what tests are used, not the target source files.

I did find A similiar feature request (https://ncrunch.uservoice.com/forums/245203-feature-requests/suggestions/5990528-exclude-from-metrics-aggregation-by-wildcard), however it is over a year old and doesn't have a response.

At the moment, I can think of no way that will allow you to do this in NCrunch without manually ignoring each individual designer file.

I'm sorry that your feature hasn't been implemented yet. More votes will always bump the priority up :)
