I uninstalled VS2012 a while ago and recently realized that I still had NCRUNCH for VS2012 installed.
Now, I cannot uninstall.
Any suggestions?

The NCrunch installer is basically just an xcopy into the VS extensions directory.
This means that if you can find a way to remove NCrunch from the list of installed programs in Windows (I think most versions of Windows have this feature somewhere), you'll then have a complete uninstall.
