I am using NCrunch 2.16.0.13 for Visual Studio 15. Having a regular test project for .Net 4.6 the NCrunch engine hangs in a state of Running (First time run). No exception messages reported. Also NCrunch was reinstalled. Regular testing framework part of Visual Studio runs the tests fine.
Please advice!

Unfortunately the version of NCrunch you are using was released in August 2015, so it is already more than a year out of date. There have been numerous fixes since v2.16. It's quite likely the problem you're experiencing has already been resolved. I recommend upgrading to the latest version to see if this solves your problem.
At the moment, NCrunch also doesn't actually support VS15... unless you meant Visual Studio 2015 :)
