Hi,
I tried to use the Submit bug report dialog box today and had two issues.
First it's modal which means I can't easily copy parts of my code/output window into the description to help. Please make it non-modal if you can.
Secondly I get the error "An error occurred while submitting this bug report. Check your internet connection and try again." when I try to submit a report. Internet connection is fine.
NC version: 1.36.0.10b
Cheers,
Steve.

Hi Steve,
Thanks I'll take the modal issue on board. A few people seem to have this problem with the submission tool but as yet I haven't been able to recreate it. Are you running any kind of firewall? Is your Visual Studio instance able to open up connections on port 80?
Cheers,
Remco

It appears to be working today! Nothing special has changed (well I've restarted VS2010 after installing the latest releases of R#, docCover and dotTrace - so not much!). Their was a long unresponsive pause after pressing Submit Report, but it went - well hopefully! - you should have a bug report for code coverage on a switch statement.

Good to hear! I wonder if this could be a timeout issue. I've adjusted the form so it will no longer be a modal dialog in the next version. Thanks for sending through the bug report.

For anyone interested, the 1.37b release that went out this morning has adjusted the dialog so that it is no longer modal.
