Support Machine.Specifications 0.5.16

Seems like Machine.Specifications 0.5.16 does not work with NCrunch

Thanks for reporting this. The new MSpec introduced a change that broke the integration with NCrunch. I've prepared a new build to resolve this issue:

Thanks for the quick turn-around. This seems to be working just fine!

This is also a problem for MSpec 0.5.18 and persumably 0.5.17... posting this in the hope that it increases search visibility!
