After upgrading to vs 2013 i get the following error on one of my projects:
..\..\..\..\..\..\..\..\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Xaml.targets (193)#0: XC1020: Build error occurred in the XAML MSBuild task: 'Object type cannot be converted to target type.'
This error occurs when i include any workflow activity xaml files. (Any file with a build action of XamlAppDef).
Anyone got any ideas ?

Hi,
Thanks for sharing this issue. Can you confirm whether placing NCrunch in Compatibility mode makes any difference here?

Running in Compatibility Mode does not seem to make any difference for me.
Thanks
Thanks
Remco you should be able to recreate this.
Create a new solution / project (I did 4.5.1 Class library)
Add a single workflow activity xaml file to the project
Thanks

Thanks for sharing the steps to reproduce. It looks like this is caused by a version clash with MSBuild. A fix is being prepared as part of 1.48 to address this. Meanwhile, you can find a workaround for the problem in this forum post.
Thanks for this -- projects with XAML files now build successfully for me in VS2013.
Thanks again!
