NCrunch Metrics - Presentation Format

Hi Remco!

Please consider adapting the presentation format in Metrics-Grid:

"Is Excluded From Aggregation": Checkbox (as in 1.48)
All numbers to the right.
All integer numbers with Format "N0" (local format with group delimiter, no decimals)

Please add function "Best fit (all Columns)" to the grid, to facilitate the formatting.

Note that you can auto-align the columns for best fit by double-clicking the column separator.

Hi Remco,

the double-click feature is nice, but it allows best-fit for only one column at once. And it's annoying to do this separately for all columns.
