I would like my disconnected servers to stay disconnected until I tell NCrunch to connect, even if I am restarting vstudio etc. Currently disconnected servers are connected when reopening the solution.

(It would be nice with a click to suspend/enable remote servers, e.g. when working in a special/temporary engine mode containing tests not handled by remote servers).
