Does a seat license have the same mobility as a named user license? That is, if I have two work machines (a desktop and a laptop) upon which I do development, am I allowed to use the same license key for each (providing I'm not working on both machines simultaneously)? It wasn't completely clear to me based on a reading of the license agreement and pricing page.

Yes, absolutely. You can use the license on as many machines as you like, as long as you are the only one that uses it. If you ever leave the company, the company may transfer the license to someone else (which is something that isn't possible for a named user license).
