Hello,

NCrunch is an awesome tool, but not able to get the summary of code coverage percentage. Could you please update me if we have any similar feature?

Thanks,
Asha

Hi Asha,

Thanks for posting. A number of people have requested this feature and it is on the list to be implemented in a future release.

Cheers,

A idea for a solution:

If it is posible, print the precentual coverage in the Project-Explorer Window near by the specific class:

e.g.
- ProjectX | 60%
- ClassA | 20 %
- ClassB | 0 %
......

And make the background in a red / yellow / green color. and the limits to switch between these colors should be configurable.

This level of integration with the project explorer is difficult, as it would need to consider other VS plugins that may also make changes in this area ... also, anything that involves close integration with VS does tend to take 10x longer. Likely this would need to exist as a separate tool window, though there are other things that could also be bolted onto this to make it very valuable as a feature. Thanks for the ideas - I'll see what I can do :)

I really like NCrunch and I would also love to see code coverage reporting in it. IMO it does not need to be very tightly integrated with VS. Even console output will be good to start with.
