It would be nice if the installer checked for an expired license before upgrading. It's annoying to install a new version only to find out I have to uninstall it, download the old one and reinstall. For those of us with purchasing depts., it takes a few days to get these things approved.

Sorry about this. This feature has just been introduced in 2.15 - http://www.ncrunch.net/download/showChangeLog?version=2.15. So for your next upgrade, you will see this behaviour.
