Is it possible to set a solution specific sliding build delay?

I'm wondering whether this is possible already?

I would like to be able to set solution specific delays since I work on solutions of various sizes. Some are small and don't need any delay, some are quite large and benefit from a delay. The only thing I can do at the moment is leave it at the high value for large solutions because those are more important, but this is not ideal as it means there's an unnecessary delay for small solutions.

The settings are a bit all over the place right now. There are plans to introduce a more complex inheritance based system that would allow many of the global options to become solution (or even project) specific... But right now, the only way is to adjust this setting globally.
